The Impact of Sleep on Digital Habits
Transcript: Speaker 1 The single best thing for my digital habits is to get enough sleep. Interesting. If I get enough sleep, I’m going to be pretty good in terms of where I’m putting my attention that day. And if I don’t, I’m going to want that stimulus hit of weird shit and I’m going to not have the energy to read it a real book and sleep really decides a lot of how the next day goes for me digitally, But it has nothing to do really with like what’s actually on my phone. It’s about how I’m managing other things in my life.
